This\u00a0Sniper version of the FX Impact M4<\/strong>\u00a0is equipped with a\u00a07<\/strong>00mm barrel<\/strong>\u00a0with an STX Standard liner and a\u00a0580cc 250 bar<\/strong>\u00a0carbon bottle.<\/p>\n

The M4 has quite a few changes compared to its predecessor, the Impact M3.

Power & Adjustability<\/h3>\n

The most important feature is of course the adjustability.
\nIn addition to very high power, the Impact M4 can also offer the more subtle low power ranges.
\nThis makes the Impact M4 just as good a choice for shooting the heaviest slugs as the lightest (even lead-free) pellets.<\/p>\n

AMP regulator<\/strong>
\nThe regulator is one of the most important parts of a good PCP rifle.
\nThis pressure regulator ensures that this air rifle uses exactly the same pressure for every shot.<\/p>\n

This regulator can be adjusted from the outside to a maximum of\u00a0170 BAR<\/strong>.
\nAs long as the pressure in the reservoir is higher than the set pressure, the regulator will fill the plenum to this pressure for each shot.<\/p>\n

Where the Impact M3 used the dual regulator system, the M4 has a single regulator with a higher filling speed.
\nIt is now equipped with a brass piston, which is sturdier and more consistent than its plastic predecessor.<\/p>\n

Valve adjuster<\/strong>
\nThe Valve adjuster is located between the bottle and the barrel.
\nThis knob allows the spring tension of the valve to be adjusted. This spring tension decides how long the valve remains open at the bulkhead.
\nMarkings appear when turning outwards. The further out the knob is, the more air the valve can let through.<\/p>\n

Quick Tune System<\/strong>
\nWorking closely with the Valve adjuster is the renowned Quick Tune System that adjusts the hammer spring tension.
\nThis system consists of 2 adjustment knobs on the left side of the Impact.
\nThis Macro knob (16 steps from 1.5-4.5 m\/s) and Micro adjustment knob (finetune steps from 0.3-0.6 m\/s) can make the hammer strike the valve with the perfect momentum.
\nAgain, the higher these are set, the more air comes through the valve.<\/p>\n

Dual Transfer Port<\/strong>
\nAt the bottom of the rear of the barrel of many air rifles there is a hole through which air can flow into the barrel. This is the transfer port.
\nLike many FX air rifles, the Impact M4 has a double transfer port with a port on both the bottom and the top.<\/p>\n

The standard port is marked with a “P” (pellets). By rotating the barrel 180 degrees, the Impact uses the different “S” (slugs) transfer port with a wider passage for increased flow and power.<\/p>\n

Top plate and picatinny rails<\/h3>\n

The Impact M4 has a completely different top plate than its predecessors.
\nIn addition to the fact that this plate is now thicker for greater strength, a dovetail has now also been milled into it. The\u00a030 MOA Picatinny rails<\/strong>\u00a0slides into this dovetail.
\nBecause these rails can slide freely, the ideal distance to the eye is not a problem for the M4.<\/p>\n

That was no problem for normal optics, but this makes the Impact M4 extremely suitable for short eye-relief rifle scopes such as the MTC SWAT or Element Immersive 14×50 or thermal imaging\/night vision scopes with special mounting brackets.<\/p>\n

The picatinny rails has a built-in angle of\u00a030MOA<\/strong>.
\nThis means that the rails are already tilted forward by default, so that the scope maintains its adjustment range over longer distances.<\/p>\n

Quick Set Trigger<\/h3>\n

The trigger is also new in every respect. In previous generations, the trigger left something to be desired when the rifle really moved to higher power ranges.
\nThis new trigger group is designed to work perfectly in any style of shooting.
\nThis makes the trigger not only adjustable in weight, but also to the position of the hand and fingers.
\nWhether these are speed competitions, bench rest or hunting, high or low power ranges. This trigger is perfectly adjustable.<\/p>\n

Whether as a hunter or pest controller you want a predictable long stroke, or in shooting sports you prefer a feather-light trigger with a refined breaking point.
\nThis can be adjusted with one screw using the Quick Set Trigger.

Ambidextrous sidelever<\/h3>\n

Like its predecessors, the Impact M4 uses a smooth sidelever to cycle the system.

The Impact M4 is equipped with the UG1 pistol grip.
\nThis new grip is surprisingly comfortable to use and can be interchanged with any pistol grip with an AR-15 connection if desired.<\/p>\n

STX Barrel system – 700mm<\/h3>\n

The Smooth Twist X barrel system can’t be missed on FX PCP air rifles.
\nThis barrel system consists of the barrel housing with shroud and an interchangeable liner system.
